The room appeared clean. I went to take a shower that night and was shocked. the bathroom was very , very dirty. At first I thought this was normal wear and tear.Maybe they had bad water and that is why the shower and tub were dirty. But after taking a wash cloth and scrubing the area my wash cloth was black with dirt. It is one thing to stay somewhere and pay * for a dirty room but to pay * or more and get a dirty bathroom. I went to bed that night and in the moring I told the front desk. They said ok we will check into this. did not go with me to inspect nor did they offer anything off for the dirty room. think twice for paying anything over *.for this room and take some scrubbing bubles and bleach with you.

11/04/2009The hotel excepted pets for a small fee. the side door which should only allow entry with a room key was broken. the desk help was very friendly.

The inn is most appealing and extremely clean. The inn is well situated just off the Interstate and minutes from downtown. In fact this location had the best rate we could find on parents' weekend. The staff is couteous and helpful. Super continental breakfast! The inn will benefit from a business center, which is currently under construction. Highly recommended. We would stay there again, without question!

We stayed here one night while visiting Itaca College. The lobby area is beautiful and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel is now all non smoking, but I believe our room was one that was orginally a smoking room. You could still smell a hint of smoke. They should completely wipe the walls/windows/ curtain down to removed the smell completely. Other than that the stay was very nice. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice. The price was right (call the hotel, we got a better rate that way...ask for the introductory price-it saved us money). We would stay there again.

we were headed to canada with a boat and two dogs,perfect place to stop,right off 81 and great free continental brkfst,(dennys next door,so packed) it worked out great so on the way back from canada we stopped and stayed there again!!! Confident that our boat with the luggage would be fine in the lighted parking lot we will go back again i am sure, great stay!!!
